On 19-JUN-2013 I wrote to clarify the above-captioned. One month later I have yet to receive any response. The final sentence in your 14-JUN-2013 letter to me states:
”You may contact this office at any time if you wish to provide additional information or have any questions on the review process.”
I feel 30 days is a reasonable period of time to wait for the response I quite reasonably requested. I must say my experience with your agency thus far suggests you really do not take your commitments to the public – the taxpayer – your employer … all that seriously.
Please advise.
