Here’s the latest from the parasites at the Snosibe Husky Ranch and Honey Bee Apiary. Note below the extortion letter demanding $1410 for the return of my property. Under contract law and under the Residential Tenancy Act these actions are unlawful and criminal. Rainer and Jane Peters have now threatened to “dispose of all possessions to cover costs owing.” This would entail the sale of over $100,000.00 in household goods, clothing, tools and other personal items to pay a disputed and unproven “debt” of $1410. I have advised the Regional Crown in Prince George and I have asked that an RCMP detachment other than 100 Mile House detachment begin a criminal investigation as soon as their review of this matter is complete. Note I am prohibited by my bail order from having any contact with these liars. How I am supposed to collect my belongings I have no idea. How I would pay them without violating my release conditions even if I was willing, I have no idea. This is ridiculous. I plan to have a field day in Court. Lawyers LOVE to go after people with deep pockets. Rainer and Jane Peters own a 600 acre ranch and several revenue properties in Kamloops. They felt it was my contractual obligation to travel with Rainer Peters to Kamloops and do the yard work on those properties. Hmmm. I didn’t see THAT in my contract yet it was immediately after my refusal to do this I was evicted on 24 hours notice and my water was turned off even before that 24 hour notice had expired. Does this sound reasonable to any of you? All details to be provided to the Court are in emails and earlier postings to my first website. I will be obtaining the backups for that site. On the evening my water was turned off I had a friend at my home. That friend will testify to the chain of events occurring that evening. Rainer and Jane Peters allege I “illegally took their snowmobile without permission and damaged it.” I have evidence Jane Peters encouraged me to “enjoy exploring the property on the snowmobile” whilst they were away for ten days in Mexico. Obviously I needed to use the snowmobile and had instructions to do so. How on earth was I supposed to look after a 600 acre property, all snowed in, without the use of the snowmobile? The Peters’ asinine allegations, their demands and their lies to the Court are silly beyond belief and not the slightest bit credible. Perjury. An indictable offence. 14 years in jail. Extortion. Life in prison. Break and enter of a dwelling house. Life in prison. If you were a house sitter / homeowner or a customer of the Honey Bee Apiary would you trust these criminals? I’ll deal with the criminal matters first. Then comes the mother of all lawsuits. I will take great pleasure in filing that Supreme Court action. Rainer and Jane Peters have already lied to the Small Claims Court. I plan to appeal those results and to prove Rainer and Jane Peters are liars, extortionists and perjurers.
