As previously shared with you, I was looking into your questions and concerns regarding BC Ambulance Services.
Further to below message sent to you on May 06, 2013 noting our scope around criminal allegations, I wanted to add that upon review, it was determined that care was difficult as you were noted to be too combative for a full assessment. Transfer was considered but found to be not required, and would have been unsafe.
I regret sincerely that you feel care was not provided to you and I wanted to share that regardless of any patient’s circumstances or location the intent is to provide excellent care wherever and whenever possible.
I appreciate that this message will not change your view or experience.
