WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Dear Ms. Evans and Mr. Orrey:
RE: MADDOCKS: Richard E.
1) Your File No. 2478 …. and now 13-039 and Michael Orrey’s File # 2495
2) Update Frequency / Content
3) Inadequate Response by Patient Care Quality Office
4) Incorrect Mailing Address – Request for Email-Only Communication
As explained previously, I neither have access to a telephone nor am I required to have access to a telephone in order to enjoy the services and protections of the government I have paid so dearly for. Your suggestion I must communicate with you by telephone limits my access to these services and protections and is unacceptable under any reasonable standards. I feel inclined to caution you Ms. Evans. Please do not take this road. The consequences for you and for your agency could be far-reaching.
I repeat my request that all communication with me be by way of email. My questions as outlined in my 19-JUN-2013 email to you still stand Ms. Evans. I ask that you act in good faith as is your sworn duty as an officer of the B.C. Government and provide answers to my simple questions. I encourage Mr. Michael Orrey to do the same.
I also addressed my email to Mr. Michael Orrey. I expect to hear from him on this matter also … as such a response is a commonly-accepted business practice. Is that too much to ask?
I have leveled serious allegations against two of your employees. As you are well aware, those allegations may involve criminal charges, including attempted murder. I am the complainant for goodness sake !! WHY the extreme prejudice Ms. Evans?
Aren’t you supposed to be “impartial?”
I look forward to a swift and thorough response.
