On 17-JUN-2013 I attended a Provincial Court – Small Claims Division hearing in 100 Mile House BC. The document included here was mailed to me advising of this “required” hearing.
Now, it appears Crown Counsel, Sabina Thompson, has approved a charge of “breach of undertaking” for my having attended that hearing as directed by the Court. This is all way too weird.
This latest revelation is of some concern. More criminal jeopardy. More expense. More personal loss and damage on top of the untold professional losses already attributable to these charges. What the approval of this latest criminal charge indicates is the Williams Lake Crown Counsel office is indeed running a malicious, venomous and wrongful prosecution.
The Regional Crown Counsel in Prince George, Alexander (Sandy) MacDonell, is well aware of this ongoing travesty of justice but has refused to intervene. More serious liability for the BC taxpayer. I have absolutely NO idea how the Crown will justify this prosecution in front of a Supreme Court Justice. That would be in civil Court … once the Criminal aspects have been dealt with.
But first … it’s off to trial we go !!!!!!
